Operating Engineer - Industrial Safety Operations - USA We're looking for 3 Operating Engineers to join the operational delivery of industrial safety monitoring projects across major process industry sites worldwide. In this hands-on role, you'll join teams of Monitoring and Field Operators, act within the key customer contact teams, and ensure the safe and effective operation of advanced digital safety systems used to protect workers in high-risk and confined space environments. Key Responsibilities Join operational project delivery team and assist with customer relationships. Coordinate colleague personnel, logistics, training, and resource planning. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements. Conduct safety briefings, workplace inspections, and risk assessments. Support and mentor operational teams on-site. Step into Monitoring or Field Operator duties when required. Requirements Experience in industrial, engineering, energy, chemical, manufacturing, or oil & gas environments. Strong health & safety awareness and commitment to best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced project environments. Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused approach. American right to work (see below) Have a USA SSN, and be able to pass a drug test and background check TWIC card Be able to be registered in the DISA data base VCA VOL or equivalent safety qualification. Confined Space / Manhole Watch certification. Technical or vocational qualification. Experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, maintenance, or construction projects. Full driving licence and willingness to travel internationally.
