This is a 4x9s schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT and X-Ray Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to perform both CT and X-Ray procedures on adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting, as well as in the Emergency Department. On occasion, float assignments to other facilities may be required. The position requires the ability to start intravenous (IV) lines, with an expectation of performing about 8-9 IV starts per day. BLS certification, ARRT in CT and Radiography, as well as experience with PACS and portable imaging equipment are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures including Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, and Musculoskeletal.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as necessary.
• Utilize Siemens imaging equipment; Samsung X-Ray experience is preferred.
• Conduct ED CT and X-Ray exams including outpatient studies and cardiac CT assessments.
• Assess patients of all age groups, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate charting in the Epic EMR system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT and X-Ray Technologist.
• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography required.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient in PACS and possess experience with both adult and pediatric imaging.
• Demonstrated ability to perform venipuncture and start IVs.
• Experience with infants and pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
