HVAC Technician

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include: Minimum 3–5 years of residential HVAC service experience, with the ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete service calls from day one. EPA certification required; sheet metal certification preferred. Strong experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential propane, oil, and electric heating and cooling systems. Solid knowledge of HVAC electrical components, mechanical systems, controls, and diagnostic procedures. Plumbing experience preferred, with a willingness to learn additional mechanical service skills. Perform residential HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient system operation. Manage service calls independently throughout a 22-mile service area, providing professional customer service and resolving equipment issues efficiently. Participate in weekend emergency service coverage as needed based on location, with opportunities for overtime. Salary: $40 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
