We are a small real estate investment company focused on helping homeowners sell their properties quickly and stress-free. We buy houses to flip, wholesale and keep as rentals.
This is a high-performance sales environment built for competitive, energetic people who want their income tied directly to their effort and results.
-No real estate experience is required.-No sales experience is required.
-We provide the training, systems, scripts, and mentorship.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Speak with homeowners interested in selling their property
- Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
- Follow proven sales scripts and processes
- Analyze property situations and gather information
- Negotiate and lock up real estate contracts
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Work closely with management and the acquisitions team
- Track communication and pipeline activity in our CRM
- Continuously improve through training, roleplay, and coaching
