KeyResponsibilities FieldSupervision&Leadership EnforceSafetyFirst:Championanabsolutezero-injurysafetycultureonsite.EnsurestrictadherencetoOSHA,TSMCsite-specificsafetyprotocols,andcleanroomsafetyrequirements. Blueprint&LayoutMastery:Readandinterpretcomplexarchitecturaldrawings,mechanicalblueprints,andtradelayoutstoaccuratelycoordinatefirestopplacement. LeadFieldCrews:Directdailyactivitiesoffirestopinstallers,layouttechnicians,andsubcontractorstokeepproductiononschedule. DriveCollaboration:Fosterateam-firstenvironmenton-site.ResolvefieldconflictsconstructivelywithotherMEPtrades. ConductQA/QC:Performrigorousinspectionsofthrough-penetrations,jointsystems,andperimeterbarriersbeforefinalinspection. ProjectManagement&Administration STISystemsManagement:Overseetheselection,procurement,anddeploymentofSTI(SpecifiedTechnologiesInc.)firestopproductsandsystems. ManageDocumentation:Maintaindetailedlogsofengineeringjudgments(EJs),submittals,andUL-classifiedsystems. TrackBudget&Schedule:Monitorlaborhours,materialyields,andprojectmilestonestoensureprofitabledelivery. CoordinateMaterials:Forecastandmanageinventoryofspecialtyfirestopmaterialstopreventfielddelays. StakeholderCollaboration InterfacewithClients:ActastheprimarypointofcontactfortheGeneralContractor,TSMCrepresentatives,andAHJ(AuthorityHavingJurisdiction). Cross-FunctionalAlignment:Workcloselywithotherteamfunctionalareastosequencefirestoppingefficientlyaroundcomplexutilityruns. RequiredQualifications Experience&TechnicalSkills PlanReading:Proficiencyinreadingblueprints,constructiondrawings,andcomplexMEPtradelayouts. STIExpertise:DeepknowledgeofSTIFirestopSystems,includingthrough-penetrations,constructionjoints,andtheirdigitaltrackingapplications. IndustryExperience:Minimum5yearsofexperienceincommercial/industrialfirestoppingormechanicalconstruction. LeadershipExperience:Atleast2yearsinasupervisory,foreman,orprojectmanagementrole. SemiconductorFamiliarity:Priorexperienceworkingonlarge-scaleadvancedtechnologyfacilitiesorcleanroomenvironmentsishighlypreferred. SoftwareProficiency:Experiencewithconstructionmanagementsoftware(e.g.,Procore,Bluebeam,BIM360)anddigitalfirestoptrackingtools. Certifications SafetyCredentials:ValidOSHA30certificationisstrictlyrequired. ManufacturerTraining:CurrentSTICertifiedInstaller,STIFitLevelcredential,FM4991ApprovedDriller/FirestopExam,orULCertifiedFirestopExamishighlydesired.
