Job Summary:

• Play a key leadership role overseeing the accounting, reporting, and operational infrastructure for the firm's flagship private equity funds, co-investment vehicles, and related entities.
• Own the quarterly and annual fund reporting cycle, including financial statements, audit coordination, investor reporting, waterfall calculations, carried interest, and performance metrics.
• Partner closely with investment, finance, tax, and investor relations teams to ensure accurate reporting and seamless execution across the fund lifecycle.
• Oversee capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and cash management, while ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and side letters.
• Provide accounting expertise on complex investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, valuations, and portfolio company activity, while supporting strategic initiatives and firm growth.
• Serve as a key point of contact for investors, auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners, helping deliver a best-in-class investor experience. xhyhwjd
• Drive enhancements to fund accounting processes, systems, and controls to improve scalability, efficiency, and transparency across the platform.

Requirements:

• 7-15 years of public/private accounting or straight private sector accounting within private equity
• CPA a plus
