This Is NOT a Traditional Marketing Job

We're looking for an entrepreneurial salesperson, relationship builder, and community connector who wants to help grow an emerging wellness initiative through HomeWell Care Services' partnership with VitalHealth.

This role is not primarily about graphic design, running ads, sitting behind a computer, or managing social media accounts.

It's about people, relationships, sales, networking, and creating opportunities.

We're looking for someone who can walk into a networking event, gym, business, senior community, health organization, or community event and confidently start conversations, build relationships, identify opportunities, and turn those relationships into business.

You do not need to be a clinician, wellness expert, or technical marketer. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can learn the offering, believe in the mission, and find creative ways to bring it to the market.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with individuals, businesses, wellness professionals, gyms, community organizations, and potential strategic partners
• Generate leads and new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building
• Introduce and promote wellness products and complimentary wellness assessments
• Attend networking events, community events, workshops, and other opportunities to generate awareness and business
• Identify creative partnership and promotional opportunities
• Follow up with prospects and turn interest into customers and long-term relationships
• Develop your own network and pipeline
• Use social media and digital outreach when helpful to support your sales and relationship-building efforts
• Think creatively about new ways to grow the wellness business

Who We're Looking For

• Has a strong sales, networking, or business-development mindset
• Is naturally comfortable meeting and talking with new people
• Is entrepreneurial and doesn't need to be told exactly where every opportunity will come from
• Can think outside the box and create opportunities rather than simply wait for leads
• Is self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented
• Understands that relationships and consistent follow-up drive business
• Has an interest in health, wellness, entrepreneurship, or helping others
• Wants their earning potential to be connected to the results they create

Experience in sales, business development, networking, community outreach, relationship marketing, direct sales, entrepreneurship, or commission-based environments is highly valued.

The Entrepreneurial Opportunity

This is not a traditional salaried position for someone simply looking for a paycheck.

Compensation is performance-based, with uncapped commission earning potential .

We're looking for someone who understands the difference between earning a fixed paycheck and building an income stream based on the value, relationships, customers, and revenue they create.

There is no artificial ceiling on what a strong performer can build. Someone who develops a meaningful network, consistently generates business, and takes ownership of their territory can create significantly more opportunity for themselves than someone who simply completes assigned tasks.

As the initiative grows, high performers may also have opportunities to take on greater leadership and business-development responsibilities.

• A job where leads and assignments are handed to you
