A technician that can perform common light duty services or repairs in an efficient manner Education High School Experience Less than 1 year Additional Information Must own your own tools Clean driving record is a must New State of the art Facility Heat and Cooled shop As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
