Assembly Technician Dura-Line, an Orbia business, is hiring Assembly Technicians to join our Elyria, OH Team. Schedule: Day Shift Hours, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:15pm

Pay: Competitive starting hourly wage of $16.50 per hour plus $1/hr shift differential.

As an Assembly Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. The Assembly Operator will collaborate with and support fellow production workers to ensure that work stations are supplied and stocked and production is ready to run safely and efficiently. This position is a full-time position, on-site at our Tape Operation plant located at: Sugar Lane, Elyria OH 44035.

SIGN-ON BONUS OFFERED!: $500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days totaling $1,500.00

In your role, you will be responsible for the following (but not limited to): Assemble and package product according to order specifications Perform all prep and setup for order Stock and maintain inventory Cut and roll tangs Prep station items that support assembly & CNC Assist co-workers as required Additional duties as directed by management

What does Dura-Line need from you? 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience Must be able to speak, read and write English, Bilingual is a Plus! Your commitment to being a reliable and punctual team player. (Attendance on scheduled workdays is a must!) Your commitment to wearing gloves, eye protection, and steel toe boots always, and dust mask, earplugs, hard hats, and face shields as necessary. Maintain a safe, neat, and orderly workspace. Your ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance. Your ability to work most of the time indoors on the plant floor, with heat, dust, and noise and work some of the time outdoors in any weather condition. Your ability to remain in a stationary, standing position and also able to move around frequently. Must be able to squat, bend, or stoop as much as 25% of the time on some days.
