Stretch Zone – Fayetteville, AR & Rogers, AR
$22.00 per hour + monthly performance bonuses | Full-Time

The Position

As a Multi-Studio Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team across our Fayetteville and Rogers studios.

This is a unique hybrid role where you split your time evenly between delivering an exceptional stretching experience to clients on the floor and managing local daily operations.

A Day in the Life

• Set the Stage: Lead, motivate, and schedule staff across both locations under the guidance of the Regional Manager. 
• Lead by Example: Spend about half your day delivering high-quality stretches yourself, while coaching up staff members, checking schedules, and following up on missed appointments between sessions. 
• Drive Growth: Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by focusing on boosting intro-to-membership conversion rates and streamlining daily studio schedules. 
• Track Success: Review KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. 
• Build Culture: Resolve member questions with professionalism and a personal touch to create a culture of excellence, accountability, and service. 
• Community Connection: Help execute local grassroots marketing events to drive new client traffic into the studios. 

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on Service: Willingness and physical ability to actively provide practitioner-assisted stretching to clients (fully paid training provided). 
• Management: Paid experience managing multiple team members. 
• Sales: Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, and P&L familiarity). 
• Passion: A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed. 
• Logistics: Reliable transportation and flexibility to split days between Fayetteville and Rogers weekly. 
• Education/Certification (Preferred but NOT Required): A degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, PT, or a related field; OR a fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, Massage Therapy, etc.).
