Job Overview Health and Beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. Compensation Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per hour (may equal or exceed the local minimum wage) Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
