Additionally, this involves administering medications, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and responding rapidly to changes in a patient's condition. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver compassionate care in high-pressure environments.Requirements:3 years of experienceFlu Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations AllowedTrauma Level I Experience PreferredTrauma Level II Experience PreferredBLS, ACLS required via American Heart Association; NIHSS requiredVA or Compact License in hand at the time of submittalEPIC Charting Proficiency Experience RequiredSkills required: Strong neuro experience required (post-neurosurgical, EVD, and stroke), Vents, IV drip titration, Telemetry monitoring, Conscious Sedation, Dysrhythmia and emergency management3 years of Critical Care experience preferred, will consider strong candidates with less than 3 yearsTravel experience preferredSchedule:Shift: Night 4x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)Float Required Must be willing to float to Stepdown Unit.
