Growing company in Kent Ohio - currently recruiting for a Stockroom Manager.
The shift is 6am - 2:30pm Mon - Fri, you will manage 3 individuals.

Duties:

? Ensure materials and components are available to meet production schedules.
? Review production orders and parts requirements daily, communicating shortages to Purchasing.
? Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
? Coordinate the inspection and disposition of damaged or nonconforming materials with Purchasing and Quality Control.
? Maintain accurate inventory throughout the stockroom, manufacturing floor, and designated storage locations.
? Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.
? Maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system.
? Supervise and mentor Stockroom personnel while promoting a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
? Ensure compliance with company safety policies and established manufacturing procedures.
? Manage daily operations of Shipping and Receiving that support manufacturing production.
? Manage the Preparation and packaging of the completion of equipment, replacement parts, and customer orders for shipment.
? Manage the delivery of materials to production departments to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? A high school diploma or GED.
? Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
? Experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, or stockroom management.
? Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
? Experience using ERP software; Global Shop Solutions experience is highly desirable, but not required – training will be provided.
? Experience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software preferred, but not required – training will be provided.
? An ability to read manufacturing drawings, bills of material (BOMs), and technical
documentation.
? A strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
? Excellent professional communication and organizational skills.
