PROGRAM MANAGER

Encompass Health is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to lead and coordinate dialysis services within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role oversees clinical operations, staffing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while promoting patient-centered, high-quality care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize dialysis treatment plans, manage budgets and resources, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
