About the role: As a Cook I, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent dishes while upholding the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and safety. This position is ideal for a skilled cook who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury kitchen environment and takes pride in craftsmanship. What you will do: Prepare and cook menu items according to Four Seasons recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines Ensure all food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Properly handle, store, and rotate food products to ensure freshness and minimize waste Collaborate with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure smooth daily operations Assistwith prep work, miseenplace, and banquet or event production as needed Follow all health, safety, and workplace policiesat all times What you will bring: Previousexperience as a Cook I or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environment Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilemaintaininghigh standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays A team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude Passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning What weoffer: Energizing Employee Culture where you are encouraged to be your true self!
