What You'll Do

• Provide urologic care for diverse patient populations, spanning all ages
• Manage patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Support hospital surgical procedures and consults
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for documentation
• Take on phone call duties from nearby facilities as needed
• Participate in PRN coverage based on hospital demand

What You Need

Required:

• PA medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• DEA license
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in a clinical setting

Preferred:

• Prior experience in hospital/urology practice
• Strong communication skills and adaptability

About the Assignment This role involves providing vital urological services at a well-equipped hospital with 76 beds, supporting a broad patient demographic. The coverage is limited to PRN, approximately once every 12-14 weeks, with a focus on quality care and professionalism. The facility uses EPIC EMR and emphasizes physician support and flexibility.
