Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable and personable Retail & Workshop Associate to join our team. This role blends customer service with hands-on support for our creative workshops. Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a creative environment.

Part-Time / Full-Time Offered

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, helpful manner
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Answer customer questions about products and workshops
• Assist with receiving and organizing inventory

Workshop Support:

• Prepare materials and supplies for workshops
• Set up and break down workshop spaces
• Assist instructors and participants during classes as needed
• Help maintain an organized and well-stocked workshop area

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Interest in arts, crafts, or creative activities is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Social media experience is appreciated
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting and moving merchandise (most items 25–30 lbs, occasional heavier boxes with help).

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling (weekends required).
