• Shift Options: 3x12 (either 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM), 4x12 (either 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM), 4x10 (either 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM)
• On-Call Requirement: Yes, 4-5 shifts per 13-week contract; shifts may be 12 hours or on-call, day or night
• Candidate Experience Requirements: Trauma Level 1 experience within the past year; candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant operating room experience and have worked in trauma level 2 facilities in the past year.
• Preferred Experience: Teaching hospital experience, EMR proficiency (Epic, Cerner)
• Additional details: The facility features 26 high-tech operating suites, performing inpatient and outpatient procedures across various specialties including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, neuro, robotics, vascular, cardiac, and thoracic surgery.
• Qualifications: Must have current, unexpired driver's license or state ID. The candidate coming from a trauma level 2 facility prefers a 4x10 schedule with a start date of 07/20/2026, with no planned RTO during assignment.
• Schedule Preference: The candidate prefers a 4x10 schedule, with a start date of 07/20/2026, and no requested time off.
