THE ROLE

We’re looking for a creator who can direct, shoot, and edit UGC-style ads. You’ll work with creators from our talent pool, helping them develop compelling ads for paid social. You’ll need deep knowledge of every part of the process, from shaping the treatment to technical fluency with equipment and post. You’ll partner with our creative director and strategy team on every project. The CD owns the idea and the narrative. You own the camera, the cut, and the quality bar. This role requires 3+ years editing reels and working with creators. Experience with paid social is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Direct remote self-shoots on iPhone and pro kit, and direct creators remotely and on set, including lighting and sound on small productions Edit high-volume social-first assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging placements Cut multiple variants and hooks from a single shoot so one production feeds a full testing matrix Handle color, audio cleanup, light retouching, motion graphics, and on-screen typography Work with our creative director, strategists, and media team to tie creative decisions to performance data, and pitch the next round based on what the numbers said Manage project files, versioning, and delivery specs across concurrent client workstreams Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and creator culture, and bring ideas unprompted

WHAT YOU NEED

3-5 years producing and editing social-first content, in-house or at an agency 3 reels that show both sides: you shot it and you cut it Demonstrated UGC and creator-led work. You know the difference between polished brand video and content that reads as authentic Comfortable as the only person on a shoot, and capable of directing a small crew when the job calls for it Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, and the first three seconds Proven ability to manage several projects at once without dropping delivery dates Collaborative, feedback-hungry, and low-ego about killing a cut that isn't working Based in the Philadelphia area

An existing creator or talent roster you can bring with you Performance marketing literacy: you’ve read a creative report and changed your approach because of it AI post tools (Descript, Runway, Adobe's AI features) Stills photography on your reel Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, fintech, or nonprofit categories

COMPENSATION
