Dig, lift, operate small machines, load tools and equipment on and off trailers and trucks Move and install soil, mulch and plant material to assist with the construction of landscape gardens and related areas Work strategically to perform tasks safely, efficiently and effectively Work with urgency and purpose Communicate with customers in a professional, polite and courteous manner Requirements: Minimum one year experience in the landscape/construction industry preferred Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner Effective communication skills – must be able to carry out verbal instructions, read labels and signs Time management skills Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks Valid driver's license is required for employment. Also, applicant must be able to be added to the company insurance policy. Able to work outdoors in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold Compensation: You can expect: 40– 50 hours per week in season. Approximately March 1 – December 15 and 40 hours out of season(weather dependent) Pay: depending on experience starts at $16.00-$18.00+ per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
