Production Supervisor

We are searching for a full time, direct hire Production Supervisor for second or third shift for our customer in the Greater Dubois area, PA You will Be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all production activities within the Press, Secondary Finish, and Sintering Departments. Communicate daily to next shift management the following: a) Any information necessary to ensure product quality and delivery b) Suggestions for training, documentation, or standards to ensure employee competence, morale, safety, and productivity c) Significant events during the absence of first shift management Pursue continuous improvement opportunities Assist Quality Assurance and Engineering to disposition non-conforming product Maintain safe and clean work areas at all times You will have Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment, with direct supervision of up to 25 production employees. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A technical or business degree preferred.
