Med Aide - Part-Time Evening

We're currently hiring a Medication Aide who is passionate about helping others and providing outstanding care during our evening shift. What You'll Do Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents' care plans. Accurately document medication administration and maintain records. Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff. Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing compassion, dignity, and respect. Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Help create a positive, supportive environment where residents feel safe and cared for. What We're Looking For Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification (or equivalent based on state requirements). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for serving older adults. Basic computer skills for medication documentation. Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
