TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78233!

# Job Opportunity – Emergency Department RN – Texas**Start Date:** September 8, 2026 **Location:** Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM; 36 guaranteed hours per week; every other weekend required; call coverage required

Highlights:

• 13-week assignment in a fast-paced, comprehensive Emergency Department
• Meditech documentation system with full emergency services including conscious sedation, stroke care (tPA administration), and cardiac emergencies
• Case mix includes sepsis management, behavioral health, trauma, chest pain protocols, and intubations
• Float required as needed per facility policy
• Minimum 2+ years of ER experience required

Requirements:

• Active, compact Texas RN license (temporary licenses will not be accepted)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• CEN certification preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
