Sr. Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst (5606)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL . This is a hybrid, direct hire position. SALARY: $126,000- $158,000 + bonus (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of experience in Information Technology, functional analysis, or related work 5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement) Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration Services Expertise in API development, middleware integration, and data migration tools (e.g., SSIS, Kingsway Soft) Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM integration and automation of business processes Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills SQL, PowerBI, and data analysis skills are a plus Confirm work authorization (no sponsorship) Pass background and drug screening checks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Dynamics 365 administration expertise in a cloud-hosted environment Guide solution design and best practices, focusing on continuous improvement within areas like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or Reporting Optimize, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 systems to meet business needs Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems including CRM and MES (Tulip) using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools Support day-to-day operations, including scope definition, progress tracking, escalation, and stakeholder communication Conduct training for users on Dynamics 365 best practices Maintain compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11) and ensure system security and scalability Facilitate system updates, environment monitoring, and vendor coordination for maintenance and fixes We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr NextPath Career Partners
