Responsibilities & Qualifications Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare. Seek work‑life balance. Grow professionally. Work closely with adults and child/adolescent populations. Licensed as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Work in a fee‑for‑service productivity model as a W2 employee. Hold an active Illinois license and not be in the process of obtaining one.
