Finance Director

A small Studio specializing in Beauty and Skincare Branding is looking for a Director to head up budgets and finance. The role is responsible for billing, revenue project financial oversight, reporting, cost management and strategic planning for the studio and related production team. Beautiful work. and lovely co-workers. Maintain and report on project level financial records across active design and production teams. The appropriate candidate has five years of financial and project management experience in the Design or Agency arena. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. This is a new position, meaning you will shape process and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers and Account teams to determine billing, invoicing and workflow
• Oversee Accounting,/ERP, time-tracking and project management systems. Improving systems as needed.
• Lead the annual Budget build across agency
• Build strategic models to support pricing,hiring and growth decisions.
