Our Accounts Payable Coordinator ensures a high volume of invoices are accurately and timely processed and is responsible for processing invoices across multiple entities and currencies. Our Accounts Payable Coordinator position is integral to the mission statement of Zayo to provide the very best services to our customers and vendors./ppHybrid role in Denver, CO - minimum 2 days/week in the office/ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliAccurately process invoices including multi-currency invoices and credit memos/liliEnsure all invoices have proper approval and follow Zayo policy/liliCollaborate with Zayo partners to resolve vendor questions/issues/liliCoordinate emergency payment requests/liliReconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly for urgent situations/liliProvide audit support as necessary/liliProvide outstanding customer service to both internal contacts as well as vendors/liliParticipate in development and implementation of projects to assist in accomplishing team goals/liliComplete ad-hoc projects as assigned and within deadlines/liliEnsure any payments on behalf of our Securitization entity are made timely/li/ulh3Qualifications and Skills:/h3ulliAssociates degree or higher, preferred/lili2 -3 years of experience in a high-volume A/P environment, preferred/liliExperience with Oracle Fusion and Salesforce systems a plus/liliProficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel/liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills/liliStrong sense of teamwork is necessary with ability to work independently/liliKnowledge of telecommunications industry a plus/liliExcellent analytical, judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change/liliAbility to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively/liliHigh energy individual with strong work ethic/liliMust be a self-motivator who is able to maintain confidentiality and multi-task/liliWell organized and methodical/liliPro-active individual that uses their initiative/liliAbility to perform detailed error-free repetitive work/li/ulpEstimated Base Pay Range: $16.39 - $26.00 USD/hour/ppThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role.
