Wound Care/ Ostomy Nurse
Mercy
Mercy is seeking a dedicated Wound Care/Ostomy Nurse to provide expert assessment, treatment, and education for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and skin conditions. In this role, you will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based wound and ostomy care plans, perform advanced dressing changes, and monitor healing progress. You will educate patients, families, and staff on stoma care, prevention of skin breakdown, and use of specialized products. Mercy offers a collaborative, growth-focused environment with access to ongoing education and innovation in patient care across its Midwest facilities.
