Join a company where your contributions help move the world forward—one shipment at a time.The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, functions pertaining to the overall coordination of HR and HR training at the site.Responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of HR-services to employees of the distribution center.Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to general employment and management practices, policies, benefits and labor relations.Provide direction, coaching, and counseling to managers and employeesResponsible for compiling and updating HR data via the HRIS including new hires, terminations, performance management, and payroll information.Maintain structure, content, and integrity of employee filesDevelop and maintain relationships with temporary and other employment agenciesDevelop orientation program for employeesDemonstrate understanding of employee benefit plans and act as a liaison between employees and Kenco Management Services as neededResponsible for training management and employees on employment-related matters including sexual harassment, progressive discipline, and performance coaching.Monitor progress toward completion of training goalsProvide current reports to management pertaining to organizational structuresCompile data for managers and prepare various reports as requestedCoordinate annual HR Improvement PlanFollow all Safety and Environmental proceduresMaintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure an orderly workstation/placePractices safe work procedures, and follows all safety rules at all timesWork with Leadership Team to develop effective HR strategies, plans, and processes.Other duties as assigned to fulfill the needs of the customer and the businessBachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Human Resources or a related fieldPHR or SPHR preferred.Five (5) or more years' experience as an HR Generalist.Business Acumen - Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information affecting his/her business and organization.Communicate for Impact - Devoting the time and resources necessary to communicate the strategic vision, direction, priorities, and progress of the team for which you are responsible.Leading People - Ability to develop and implement strategies to maximize employee performance and foster employee engagement in meeting the organization's strategy.Managing Transitions / Change Management - Effectively plans, manages and communicates changes in processes with appropriate stakeholders.Relationship Management - Building and maintaining relationships with internal partners to successfully complete projects and organizational objectives.Strategic Agility - Gains perspective and balances the pressure between daily tasks and strategic actions that impact the long-term viability of the organization.This position is expected to travel approximately 25% - 50%.A passport is not required, but recommended.The approximate pay range for this job is:$0.00 - $0.00Benefits offered:Medical insurance including HSA, HRA and FSA accountsSupplemental insurance including critical illness, hospital indemnity, accidental injuryDental InsuranceVision InsuranceBasic Life and Supplemental LifeShort Term and Long Term DisabilityPaid Parental Leave401(k)Paid Time Off approximately 2 weeks (accrual begins on Day 1 of employment)Employer Paid Holidays- 10 days
