Fire Alarm Technician

Job Description

The Fire Alarm Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of fire alarm systems within a medium-sized team of 4-10 technicians. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role involves on-site work with minimal travel and offers opportunities for certification training and career advancement into supervisory positions.

Responsibilities

Install fire alarm systems according to specifications
Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability
Conduct system testing to verify functionality
Troubleshoot and repair system faults promptly

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in fire alarm installation and repair
NICET Certification in Fire Alarm Systems
Strong skills in system troubleshooting and electrical wiring
Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
