Cognitive Neurologist / Memory Care Specialist - Norwich, Connecticut Hartford 42mAn opportunity is available for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cognitive Neurologist, Memory Care Specialist, or General Neurologist with expertise in dementia and related disorders to join a cohesive, multidisciplinary team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art ambulatory Neuroscience Center in Norwich, Connecticut. Program Details The Memory Care Program is a multidisciplinary effort focused on the diagnosis and treatment of cognitive disorders, supported by specialists in:

The program delivers comprehensive evaluations and individualized care addressing medical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients and families. Advanced diagnostics and therapies include:
• Dementia biomarkers

• Amyloid PET imaging
• Anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody treatment
