Overview

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in financial services and enterprise technology delivery, along with basic exposure to AI/ML concepts. This role focuses on leading large-scale technology programs, with some involvement in AI-enabled initiatives (but not deep hands-on AI development).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs within financial services
Define program plans, timelines, milestones, and execution strategy
Coordinate across engineering, data, product, and business teams
Support initiatives that may include AI/ML-based features or automation, ensuring alignment with business goals
Translate business requirements into technical program deliverables
Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security, and governance standards
Track program KPIs, delivery metrics, and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Project Management
Strong experience in banking / financial services domain
Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology programs
Solid understanding of enterprise systems, data platforms, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, or GenAI use cases)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to projects involving AI/ML or data-driven decision systems
Experience in risk, compliance, fraud, or customer platforms within financial services
PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications
Experience working in highly regulated environments
Nice to Have

Familiarity with AI-driven tools or automation platforms (no deep expertise required)
Understanding of data governance and privacy standards
Ability to work with data science or analytics teams
