Retail Inventory Supervisor - Mornings

Earnings Starting wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The position is primarily early‑morning work with flexible hours available for those who can accommodate varied schedules. Follow a consistent workflow and use the playbook for success. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event‑related concerns and support directives from the Area or District Manager. Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team. Team Requirements Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. At least two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time‑management and customer‑service skills with conflict resolution focus. Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours. Physical ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team‑oriented attitude. We encourage applications from candidates who: Do not need a degree. The position may involve using a ladder, lifting items up to 25 lbs, and traveling by car or plane, including overnight stays.
