IRS Floater

(Lavonia, GA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an IRS Floater to support production operations by cutting insulation, preparing IRS components, and ensuring workflow efficiency on the line. Essential Duties Cut insulation and IRS pieces according to production specifications Stack and label materials accurately for proper identification and workflow Assist in keeping the production line running smoothly and efficiently Follow work orders and measurement guidelines to ensure product accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements/Skills Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good communication and teamwork skills Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Capability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Manual dexterity to safely use tools and handle materials Equal Opportunity Statement Flexicrew Technical Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with FTS is governed on the basis of merit, competence, and qualifications.
