Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
• Review timesheets, wage calculations, deductions, and benefit withholdings
• Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation
• Respond to employee questions related to pay, deductions, and payroll records
• Support compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and internal policies

• 4+ years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll procedures, laws, and best practices
• Previous experience in a payroll-related position

• Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
