Phlebotomy Supervisor

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor for its Bristol, Tennessee location to oversee a team of 25+ phlebotomists across patient service centers and physician offices. The role involves team management, operational oversight, scheduling, hiring, and direct patient care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage team of 25+ phlebotomists across multiple locations
• Monitor productivity, patient flow, wait times, and inventory levels
• Coordinate schedules, hire, train, and conduct performance appraisals
• Handle payroll, employee relations, and disciplinary actions with HR
• Perform specimen collection and provide patient/client issue resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years phlebotomy experience
• 3+ years supervising or leading teams
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and duties
