Registered Nurse Case Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support injured workers remotely, the full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager will create case management strategies, perform clinical assessments via telephone, and advocate for effective medical treatment while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to evaluate the injured worker's needs and treatment progress Build relationships with claims examiners, clients, and medical providers to facilitate communication and care coordination Identify and address issues related to recovery delays and negotiate treatment plans with healthcare providers Required qualifications Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience preferred Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
