**Experience and Qualifications:** - Must have BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. **Certifications and Licensure:** - Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). - License/Certificate verification is required for onboarding. **Health and Safety Requirements:** - Fit Test and adherence to health history requirements such as COVID-19 vaccination, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), and Physical/Health Statement are mandatory for onboarding. **Professional Requirements:** - Must complete and submit the Trinity Profile for onboarding. **Optional:** - Influenza Vaccine is optional but not required for onboarding.
