Customer Success Engineer - Life Science Automation (Frankfurt) Competitive Day Rate Do you have life science experience working with laboratory automation? Do you have customer‑facing experience? Are you looking for an exciting and unique challenge with a rapidly growing business? Our client is a rapidly growing life science organisation that specialises in laboratory automation solutions for their customers. They work across drug development and discovery as well as diagnostics, serving a range of clients. Due to growth, they are seeking 2 Customer Success Engineers to join their team on an initial 6‑month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. Responsibilities Work with customers to plan and establish solutions for their automation requirements. Modify scientific workflows into functioning solutions across a customer’s hardware and software needs. Visit customers throughout the Frankfurt area and surrounding regions. Support the project lifecycle for clients and provide technical specifications and custom solutions. Act as a liaison between pre‑sales and delivery teams. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements. Create documentation for large‑scale systems. Qualifications Experience in life sciences customer‑facing positions. Experience solving automation challenges within the laboratory setting. Proficient with Python. Experience working closely with product and engineering teams. Demonstrated success in a customer‑facing environment within the life science automation sector. Willingness to travel to client sites. Knowledge of benchtop laboratory equipment such as liquid handling systems and plate readers. Experience with engineering automated solutions. Familiarity with software platforms and laboratory systems. Prior experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).
