Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location : San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 / Hourly depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Administer multistate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with varying state and local tax regulations
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation adjustments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Manage benefits deductions, garnishments, and other withholdings
- Support payroll audits and internal controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Requirements:
- 3+ years of payroll processing
- Multi-state processing experience
- State tax knowledge
- Comfortable independently using ADP & Excel PivotTables & VLOOKUPs
