Quality Control Manager

We’re partnering with a confidential organization in the medical device / pharmaceutical space seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead laboratory operations and ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

This is a hands-on leadership role supporting multi-shift manufacturing operations with direct impact on product release and quality performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Quality Control and laboratory operations across a multi-shift manufacturing environment
• Oversee testing for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products
• Support product release decisions and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
• Drive CAPA, investigations, validations, and calibration activities in partnership with Quality Assurance
• Supervise routine, in-process, stability, and final product testing
• Lead environmental monitoring and critical utility oversight
• Identify risks within lab operations and lead resolution of quality issues
• Ensure team training, SOP adherence, and overall audit/inspection readiness

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of experience in Quality Control within medical device or regulated manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, and regulated quality environments
• Experience leading lab operations, testing, and quality teams
• Background in microbiology, chemistry, or laboratory sciences
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Work Schedule : On site

Compensation: $80-90k base
