Base Pay Range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary Sam’s Club offers a fresh food experience where associates keep shelves stocked and maintain sanitary conditions. Joining our freezer, cooler, and deli team means playing a key role in operations, temperature control, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Stock and display products in the freezer, cooler, and deli areas while ensuring compliance with temperature and expiration guidelines. Maintain clean, sanitized, and member‑ready stock areas, including inspecting equipment, monitoring fan and drain operation, and reporting issues. Assist members with product selection, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote Campbell’s (or Sam’s Club) products and services. Complete necessary audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation in a timely manner. Follow safety standards and company policies, including forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling. 3>Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience with stocking, customer service, or a passion for fresh food is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly to changing work scenarios and handle obstacles proactively. Strong communication skills and a commitment to member satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a food‑service or retail environment.
