Sales Associates

• Greet and serve customers in Sunshine ACE Hardware departments.
• Demonstrate Sunshine Ace's legendary customer service.
• Offer friendly advice, guidance and product information.
• Guide customers to the location of the products within the store.
• Maintain your assigned department while assisting other departments as needed.
• Work alongside your retail team, promote best practices, contribute towards daily sales and maintain high standards of department and store appearance.

About You

• Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service
• Willing to learn on the job and complete web-based training.
• Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
