Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
When someone needs help with everyday activities, having the right caregiver can make all the difference.
At Touching Hearts at Home, we understand that families are trusting us with the well-being of someone they love. That's why we're looking for caregivers and CNAs who are dependable, patient, and committed to providing compassionate care.
Our team supports seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, helping clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Prepare meals
Perform light housekeeping related to care
Assist with activities of daily living
CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Bereavement support and leave after family or client loss
Holiday pay
Jury duty and military leave
Bonuses (appreciation, retention, referrals)
Mileage and travel time reimbursement between clients
No cost daily pay (early access to earned wages)
