What You’ll Do Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service. Assist the store manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching. Act as a leader within the team by setting clear, measurable goals, holding yourself and others accountable, and communicating frequently and effectively. Monitor product levels on the sales floor, rotate stock, and ensure items remain fully stocked. Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations that offer hot food. Maintain store cleanliness, including the coffee station, food service area, and restrooms. Operate the cash register efficiently. Assist the store manager with additional duties as assigned by the store manager or district manager. Our doors are always open to guests, rain or shine, weekends and holidays. Soft Skills Comfortable interacting with guests and team members High energy Ability to transition quickly between activities Team‑oriented; willing to give extra effort to help others Computer skills are helpful Scheduling Full‑time position with a variety of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Hours & Conditions Full‑time – 40 regular hours maximum with 5 hours overtime required. Travel 5% – ability to deliver deposits to the bank independently and need a vehicle if applicable. Physical Requirements Must lift up to 10 lbs frequently, up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 40 lbs. Stand/walk 8 hours a day; reach, bend, squat, twist, and work in cooler temperatures. Moderate workplace noise. Other Specialized attire required in food establishments (hats, visors, gloves, etc., provided). Minimum Education High school diploma or GED. Minimum Experience 1 year in retail or food service. Preferred Experience 1 year in retail, guest service, or restaurant in a leadership role. Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills ServSafe / Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
