About the Role:
Rise Construction LLC is looking for a talented and driven Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This is your opportunity to bring your craft to exciting construction projects while working alongside a team that values quality, safety, and hard work. Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled trade work across construction projects according to plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Operate and maintain trade-specific tools, equipment, and machinery
- Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other tradespeople on-site
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Complete tasks on schedule while upholding high workmanship standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a skilled trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, or related field)
- Relevant trade certifications, licenses, or apprenticeship completion preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
