Salary: $83,000 - 123,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• We require current BCBA certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• We look for strong interpersonal and writing skills.

• We need the ability to work collaboratively and contribute effectively to a treatment team.
• We prefer proficiency with systems such as Central Reach.
• We are seeking candidates who are highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and team-oriented.

• We provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in home and community settings.
• We create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication areas.
• We train paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• We work under the direct supervision of our Executive Director and Clinical Director.
