Sr. Collections Coordinator

salary: $24 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Manage customer portfolios via high-volume calls and emails to secure overdue payments.  Dispute Resolution: Reconcile account discrepancies, clear open credits, and adjust unapplied cash balances.   Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate notes and generate weekly past-due spreadsheets for executive management.   Skip Tracing: Locate relocated customers using internet searches and credit bureau tools.
