Community Services Specialist

to join our Housing and Energy team. This position plays a vital role in helping individuals and families access heating and energy assistance programs, including the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP/LIHEAP), while connecting households to additional services and resources that promote stability and self-sufficiency. What You'll Do

Assist households with HEAP/LIHEAP and other available energy assistance programs. Work collaboratively with a supportive team dedicated to helping Maine families. What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in customer service, community services, social services, administrative support, or a related field preferred. Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills. Why Join WMCA?
