The role is primarily in-office with the flexibility to work from home one preset day per weekPosition OverviewThe Client Advocate is a proactive, detail-oriented, front-line support professional who provides essential support to a team of financial advisors and tax preparers. This person assists with client-facing needs, prepares materials for meetings, and helps keep day-to-day tasks organized and moving forward.A major focus of the position is creating a strong client experience by helping resolve complex financial matters and delivering a high level of service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport financial advisors and tax professionals by preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings.Ensure client documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for meetings.Serve as a key point of contact for clients and assist with questions, financial products, and service-related issues.Work with business partners to resolve client concerns involving financial services, account maintenance, and other matters.Track tasks, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met.Assist with preparing financial plans and tax documents by gathering information and ensuring materials are accurate and current.Follow internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.Handle daily administrative responsibilities, including scheduling meetings, answering client calls, and maintaining organized records.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly. xhyhwjd Series 65 certification is a plus.
